Shipping Policy

 

Free shipping: all orders include free standard shipping Australia-wide.

Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. If your order has several items, they may arrive separately.

Delivery: Your package is sent via courier service with tracking; typical delivery is 10-15 business days from dispatch. We'll email a tracking link when it ships.

Where we ship from: We ship from our multiple fulfilment partners

Delivery issues: If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email hi@flowpet.com.au, and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address accuracy: Please check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't recover parcels delivered to an incorrect address you provided.

International: We currently ship within Australia only.
